First Show of the New Year
Kodomo + Danger Monkey town - 1/2/10
Thanks to everyone who made it out on Saturday night! It was another sold out show at Monkey Town and I had so much fun hanging out with all of you. Special thanks to Cutlery for inviting us to play, and special thanks to my brother who made it out to see us for the first time.
Kodomo & I debuted some new material which got a lot of great feedback. Â Here is an early video version of what I cut up and re-mixed at the show for the new track. The original animation was not created by me, it was black and white, and used for a Raveonettes video.

Thanks Ken! While I would love to take absolute credit for this, I should have included that the original animation was not done by me. I re-cut it, altered the texture & colors, and changed it to tell the story that would work for the music track I used for Kodomo. It’s a video remix, if you will.

Eventually I will work on more things that look like this with my own animation. After Effects is a brilliant program for creating things like this.
